henry readonSeptember 19, 2015.I have bought three scooter for the company and the service was great and every time I called I got and answer and when I have a problem he will walk me Thur it and 9 times out of 10 I get it going and he is the best in price he doesn't rip you off like I had some companies do he is a ten in my book I will all ways buy from him and that's the truth keep up the good work man see you soon I need a lift next thanks again for all your help sir
Judy KenagenApril 23, 2015.We went to Power Chair Technologies and met Shawn. Not only is he honest, but he is also good with individuals that have physical limitations. Not only was he personable, but he made sure that my husband was safe when he went to sit down. We had a scooter that would not work. We took it to him to get fixed and he said he could fix it, but that it would honestly be a band-aid fix and that it could break at any time, because it seemed to have more serious problems. He had one that was used that he showed me how the wheels are supposed to turn and how the scooter is supposed to sound. He then told me he personally would not fix it and that I could look on Craigs list to see if I could find a used mobility scooter, and did not even try to sell me the used one that he had. I was so impressed with his honesty that I bought the used scooter from him.

kenneth beaverJune 23, 2014.I found this dealer on the internet. I was in deep trouble having fried the components in my controller thru a stupid thing I did. The owner Shawn was very understanding of my problem, and came up with a very quick and inexpensive solution, a 1 year old Pride Elite used, LIKE NEW power chair at a price I found hard to believe. He was even kind enough to take my 9 year old chair since I had no place to get rid of it. Kudos to Shaw, and everything he did for me. Yes I would gladly recommend him as I recently did to a neighbor whose father is in need of a Scooter due to a weight problem
